Richard A Sampson - Building Code Consultant, is a registered Architect who has over 38 years of experience in an architecture, engineering and construction environment. He has specialized in code consulting and building code analysis for residential, educational, healthcare, commercial, mercantile, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, and manufacturing facilities since 1978. He also specializes in ADA-accessibility analysis.
He is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) as a Building Plans Examiner and a Building Inspector.
He a licensed Construction Supervisor with 9 years of experience in OSHA construction safety compliance inspections and OSHA 200 log statistics reporting .
